OUR PROCESS
Get in touch by email, phone, or message for a prompt quote. To provide an accurate estimate, we’ll need as much detail as possible about your project. Depending on your requirements, this may include:

- Property address
- Existing plans or sketches
- Area of land
If you accept the quotation and supply all required information, we’ll provide your draft plan within 24 hours (Monday to Friday), provided no site visit is needed.
What you will receive:
- Draft plan in PDF format
- Invoice
Payment is due on receipt of the invoice. Any minor changes required after this will be completed free of charge.
LEASE PLANS
A scaled drawing that shows the exact area a lease covers, including boundaries, access, and shared spaces, required for registering leases over 7 years.
TITLE PLANS
A Land Registry compliant plan showing the legal extent of land and property, outlined in red and based on Ordnance Survey mapping.
TRANSFER PLANS
